About the Roasting

Roasted in Michigan, each blend is hand crafted, roasted in small batch quantities. This allows the roastmaster to bring out the unique characteristics of each bean throughout the batch. The end results are more unique, more flavorful and of higher quality than traditional, large batch (commercial) coffee blends.

Farm Direct:

Our roaster provides us with some of the finest coffee beans available in the world. He has an established relationship with each coffee farm abroad, assisting in their farming practices and paying them 2-3 times what the traditional coffee farmer makes. We fell in love with this practice and are in full support of the fair and ethical trade.
